Shall have in depth technical knowledge of inspection and exposed to multi

discipline works of oil and gas construction field.

Shall be fully familiar with relevant codes used in oil and gas industries.

Shall be familiar with Suppliers Corporate Quality System

Shall conduct Welding Procedure Qualification tests including witnessing

mechanical tests.

Shall conduct Welder Performance Qualification tests

Shall conduct QA audits as Lead Auditor

Shall implement non-conformance procedure including reporting and follow

up with corrective and preventive actions

Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating Contract

Quality Plan

Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all contract

specific procedures and work instructions.

Review and monitoring SubContractors quality systems and Quality

performance.

Preparation, Implementation, revision and monitoring Quality Control Plans

Maintaining of Quality Records

Reporting Quality activities

Liaison with the company on matters related to quality.

Auditing - Internal / external and follow up of corrective actions

Requirements

Education :

CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector or Similar

NACE or CSWIP/BGAS Level 2 Painting Inspector

Certified UT / RT / MT / PT Level 2 Inspector

API 510 Pressure Vessels / API 570 Piping / API 653 Above Ground Storage

Tank Inspector

IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

Shall have minimum 15 years of relevant work experience of which 10 years

in similar position and in Middle east oil and gas environment.

Familiar with Industry standards from ACI, API, ASTM, ANSI, ASME, AWS, BS,

NACE, NFPA etc.

Familiar with piping system pressure testing (hydro and pneumatic), piping,

painting and coating system inspection, multi discipline inspection

techniques.
